MCCY’s Commonspaces platform
Commonspaces.sg is a pilot initiative supported by the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) and partners to helps citizens and interest groups to find spaces for rent.
The Commonspaces platform consists of 2 main components:
- Frontend web pages for public to search and book spaces
- Backend system for Admins and space owners to manage bookings
MUIS’s Mosque Booking System (MBS)
The Mosque Booking System (MBS) is a nation-wide project commissioned by Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS) to manage the bookings of prayer sessions for all the mosques in Singapore.
The Mosque Booking System (MBS) consists of 2 main components:
- Frontend booking pages accessible by the public
- Backend Management System for admins to manage the different configurations of zones, sessions, prayer types, etc.
Integration project with MSO’s OneService app
In this project, we developed our own set of Application Programming Interfaces (API) for the Commonspaces platform to allow integration with Municipal Service Office (MSO)’s OneService mobile app.
The mobile app sends the various search parameters including the location coordinates to the Commonspaces’ booking engine and receive a list of spaces that match the criteria. Users can then proceed to enquire or book for the spaces, which will also be sent to the Commonspaces’ booking engine.
HDB’s ACE Project Management System
HDB’s ACE Project Management System is an intranet-based Car Park project management system developed for the Housing Development Board (HDB).
The ACE system includes the following features:
- Dashboard
- Contract Management
- Project Milestones Management
- Contractual Letter Management
- Liquidated Damage (LD) Management
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- User and Role Management
- Service Providers Management
- Branch Management
- Reminders and Notifications
